The core of our work is on the ground with local churches, at retreats or events led by a ReSource Minister.

Often churches choose to hold a Sanctuary Day - either ’at home’ or at a nearby venue. Planning begins with a blank sheet, and we work with the local church or churches to devise a day of spiritual renewal, retreat, teaching, or vision-discerning which reflects their current needs and context.

ReSource also often provides speakers for weekends away and works with local churches to achieve the right theme and approach.

We often help churches consider what it means to be ‘alive in the Spirit and active in mission’. We love to reflect on the varied Biblical imagery for the work of the Holy Spirit, encouraging people to consider what it means personally to engage with Jesus’ promise of living water. We always seek to respect a church’s starting-point and tradition.
